About Allison Hughes
Storyteller at Heart
Allison Hughes is a writer and figure skater. She lives in Washington State with her husband and two children.
She studied writing at the University of Utah, where she received a bachelor's degree in Communication with an emphasis in Journalism and New Media.
Since 2019, Allison has been an accomplished freelance writer and owner of Cellars & Chapters, LLC. Her business is focused on the creative, written, and performing arts. She is querying her novels for publication.
Allison spent her youth as a competitive figure skater in Salt Lake City, Utah. She developed a passion for the arts and storytelling through movement. Allison is a USFS coach and choreographer who is currently studying the art of contemporary skating. She teaches and performs in venues across the Pacific Northwest.
